AION 2 Founder’s Packs: September 30 Early Access

NC announced Standard, Deluxe, and Ultimate Founder’s Packs on July 22, 2026 and confirmed that advance access starts September 30 for five days. Steam’s three package pages currently list October 5 as the release date. NC has not announced an exact launch hour, so players should treat both milestones as calendar dates rather than assume a time zone.

Verified July 24, 2026 against NC’s July 22 product notice, July 17 Early Access update, global business-model update, and Steam package pages. Older NC promotion and the main Steam app page still say September 2026, so this report separates Steam pack metadata from a consistent NC full-launch notice.

September 30 advance access and Steam’s October 5 date

NC’s July 22 notice says advance access begins September 30, 2026 and runs for five days. Every buyer shares the same start and end dates; purchasing after the window begins only grants the remaining time. Maintenance and patches can also reduce the actual playable time.

Steam’s Standard, Deluxe, and Ultimate package pages currently show October 5, 2026 as the release date, consistent with a five-day head start. NC has not published an exact opening hour, and older official marketing still says September, so this article does not invent a midnight, PDT, or UTC launch time.

02

Every edition grants the same five-day access period

Standard includes 5-Day Advanced Access, Daeva's Campaign Supply Chest (Bound) ×1, and Title: Vanguard of Atreia ×1.

Deluxe includes everything in Standard plus Ascended Daeva (Skin: Set) (Bound) and Weapon Skin Chest: Eternal Sun (Bound) ×1. Ultimate includes everything in Deluxe plus Daeva's Styling Chest (Bound) ×1, Moonlit Aria (Skin: Set) (Bound), Pet: Black Dragon ×1, and Blazing Sun Wings (Bound) ×1.

Higher tiers do not add access days. NC states that the title, armor and weapon skins, pet, and wings are appearance items with no extra stats; their value is primarily collection and presentation rather than a longer head start.

03

Steam and PURPLE are platform-locked but share servers

NC instructs each account to choose one of the three tiers. Buying more than one pack provides no extra rewards, and the five-day benefit does not stack. A Steam purchase can be played only through Steam, while a PURPLE purchase can be played only through PURPLE; both platforms connect to the same servers.

PURPLE lists Standard-to-Deluxe, Standard-to-Ultimate, and Deluxe-to-Ultimate upgrade products. Steam has not announced an equivalent upgrade path, so Steam buyers should choose their tier before checkout. Regional prices and currencies vary and should be checked on the signed-in storefront.

04

How Early Access and Launch Servers connect

NC will first open Early Access Servers to Founder’s Pack holders. A second wave of Launch Servers opens at full release; non-buyers can choose those new worlds and may join an Early Access Server if it remains open and available.

Dungeon matching spans the Early Access Servers within a region during the head start, then expands to both server waves at launch. The local Server Market system opens on day one; under the current global business-model plan, using it still requires active Membership. The Cross-Server Market will not open during advance access or at launch and comes later when participating servers have reached a similar stage.
