The on-site report form is AION2 KINA's current public contact channel. Use it for outdated or incorrect information, translation issues, broken sources, rights concerns, and site problems. Do not submit game-account credentials, passwords, one-time codes, or payment information.
What can I report?
You can report outdated content, factual errors, missing material, translation problems, broken source links, media-rights concerns, and other site issues. When possible, include a public official notice or another verifiable evidence link.
What does the form collect?
The form attaches the current page, language, and data scope. It stores your issue description plus an optional evidence URL and optional contact detail. Contact details are used only to review that report and are not displayed publicly.
What about account or billing support?
AION2 KINA does not provide game-account, payment, refund, or customer-support services. Use the official NC support channel for the service region where you play.
