Yes. When KINA last verified it on July 24, 2026, NC's global “Pre-register / Join Our Newsletter” form was still available. That status applies to the verification moment; NC has not published a fixed deadline, so a date from another giveaway or social campaign is not the pre-registration cutoff.

The current form requires participants to be 18 or older and accept the necessary personal-data terms. The Steam wishlist option is voluntary. If NC changes the form, follow the fields, eligibility, and terms displayed when you submit.

Start only from NC's official global pre-registration page and verify the address and branding before entering information. KINA does not collect email addresses, NC accounts, personal data, or registration results and will never ask for verification details.

NC Japan's June 8 announcement confirms two reward layers: the guaranteed Pagati companion pet and one additional pet chosen from four. It lists the Japanese names 黒煙モルト, コヌティ作業員, 銀色の刃ロータン, and パピス. Official English localized names for those four have not been verified, so KINA does not invent them.

NC says the rewards become available at global launch, but the exact claim interface, verification method, claim period, and detailed regional eligibility are unannounced. Submitting the form does not mean the items are already in inventory, and a public coupon, Founder's Pack, or Steam wishlist is not the same reward flow.
