AION2 character presets and Style Shop: official facts and limits
Separate official features from community submissions before using a character preset. The sources establish customization and the Style Shop, not universal compatibility for every set of values shared online.

Customization features confirmed by NC
NC's November 17, 2025 announcement says AION2 supports more than 200 customization items, including detailed control of body shape, skin, iris, and musculature. It also says multiple ready-made appearance presets are provided for players less familiar with character creation. The official site now exposes a Style Shop page.
That supports the existence of detailed creation tools and an official browsing surface. It does not turn every community parameter sheet into an NC-reviewed preset, so author, date, character conditions, and build should remain attached to a submission.
What to verify before importing or recreating
The audited official text does not promise that every preset crosses race, sex, server region, or future-version boundaries. It also does not document a universal third-party file format. A screenshot alone cannot prove a claimed one-click import or global-build compatibility.
- Start from the official Style Shop or in-game interface; do not run an unknown executable for a face preset.
- Record race, sex, regional build, and publication date before matching values.
- Obtain permission and retain creator credit when republishing a community appearance.
